We had many of their countertops in our house and several of them started to rust after several years. We called and they said it's not normal for them to rust. We paid $1500 to get the main countertop refinished and within 6 months it's already rusting again. Have sent multiple emails with no response from them.
Totally unresponsive to complaints concerning the repeated problems with their products rusting between the powder coating and the steel plate. I cannot believe they have an A+ rating with the BBB. Apparently the fix is in.
This company does NOT stand behind their product or workmanship. I was told by their representative, who came to my home that they would replace the countertop i had them install because moisture had gotten between the powdercoating and the steel. I call their office later to arrange the job and was told they would call me bqck, which never happened. I have call four times since March 2018 qnd have recieved nothing but a runaround each time.
