We had a a backed up sewer that flooded our basement. Paul responded to our call promptly and arrived on-site in a timely manner with clear communication. Paul was very professional and thorough - he showed us the blockage using his camera beforehand, and after using his drain clearing tool he showed us the roots he had cut with it and made sure they were fully swept away and the pipe was completely clear before retrieving his camera.
