I had a storm drain backing up into my garage during a heavy rain storm. Impero was out to the call quickly and after hours. They did a great job flushing the line and even sent a camera down the pipe to ensure there was not a more serious problem that caused the back up. Finding a reliable plumber isn't easy, look no further.

We had a sewer backup on a Saturday night, and had difficulty getting a plumber in to help us. On Sunday morning, Paul from Impero called to ask if he could help with an emergency sewer backup on a Sunday, on a referral from a firm we have used before — Red Seal - who didn’t have emergency weekend coverage available. He arrived within 2 hours and assessed and solved the issue. He also explained how he was assessing and solving it as he went (since I’m the curious type). I would recommend using Impero.

my garburator stopped working and my sink was flooded so I needed it to be fixed urgently. Paul was referred to me by another company as I needed to get this fixed after work hours, he responded quickly and with a very short notice. He examined the garburator and recommended that it should be removed, he came the second day to remove it and installed the new piping and the work was done very well and efficiently. Paul was very professional and polite, I would call him again for sure if I needed any other work done.
