Paul from Impero was excellent. Responded very quickly to an emergency pipe burst. Fixed the damaged pipe efficiently for a very fair price, and even took a few extra minutes to repair a leak in my kitchen faucet — no upsell, no pressure. I also appreciated him taking the time to talk through sensible next steps for the water mitigation process. Calm and trustworthy — exactly the kind of plumber you want in a stressful situation! We hired Impero Drainage and Plumbing for what turned out to be a complex plumbing issue. Paul was incredibly reliable, communicative, and transparent. He did his job expertly and efficiently. We were given a quote upfront, which he honoured. Paul was absolutely fantastic, very reliable and communicative. We had an emergency issue where our main sewage line was backed up, and Paul came out late on a weekend and resolved this for us. He was determined, super knowledgeable, shared progress along the way and showed us what the blockage was via camera down the sewage line. I'd recommend Paul to anyone in the city.
