I highly recommend Imperium Patio Covers! I reached out to multiple vendors and found that Imperium could match the price we could afford. They were professional on time and finished a large patio covering in 1 day including the tear down of the old aluminum cover. They even pointed out why we had problems with the old one apparently it was placed in the wrong direction. Imperium Patios was fantastic to work with from start to finish.
We absolutely love our pergola. Juan and his team did an excellent job on installation. Juan was super helpful with filing all the paperwork for the permits we needed and providing information for our HOA approval. Our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner!!!
