The Gerber team made the situation much better with their knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. They stayed open a little later so that Keifer could go over the damages to my car, in detail. After the insurance company deemed my car a total loss, Keifer helped me figure out my next steps. I highly recommed the Gerber team, and I'm very grateful for Keifer and Linda especially!

I have used this shop twice —I love the work they do ! The customer service is fantastic and I was treated super well! The business communicates updates regularly and is fully transparent with you along the way. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to have bodywork done to their vehicle !
The customer service was the best I’ve had in a long time. All the way from the first person, Linda, to the estimator, Mallory, and the GM, Rich even came out to introduce himself. And my car looks beautiful!
