"Jose" had no business test driving my car if he was'nt going to work on it EXCLUVSIVELY. . .initially when I brought in the car."Jose" needed to tell me. Bathroom not functioning at all! No itemized statement concerning labor and parts. Just the total. Manager was indifferent;seemed to have an attitude. I've got no choice but to bad mouth this repair shop. I won't be returning! One good thing! The mechanic seemed to know what he was doing!
