Elude from using this auto repair facility. My experience: there was a lack of communication throughout the entire duration in which they possessed my vehicle. Five days after my vehicle was relinquished Isaac calls me and states, "they installed used parts and my vehicle repairs were complete." This place is so unprofessional they installed USED electrical parts (not new) in my vehicle without my consent. He stated five days prior that he would call me with a diagnosis and price. Great service and fast turnaround. Couldnt be happier with the service of this mechanic shop. Didn't have a way to take my mother's car to the shop as it didn't start but Imperios towed the vehicle to the shop and fixed the issue by the next day. We will be taking our vehicles here for service from now on. Imperios has gained another customer!
