Called them and they were able to come out just a couple hours later. Showed up exactly when they promised. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely call them again
I had a disappointing experience with Imperio Auto Glass. I reached out multiple times and was told they’d follow up, but I never received any real response. Eventually, they asked me to send pictures for an estimate, which I did, and still, no reply. I even explained that I was willing to pay for express service since the glass is no longer sealed to the vehicle and water is already starting to get in, which could cause long-term damage.
