I had a disappointing experience with Imperio Auto Glass. I reached out multiple times and was told they’d follow up, but I never received any real response. Eventually, they asked me to send pictures for an estimate, which I did, and still, no reply. I even explained that I was willing to pay for express service since the glass is no longer sealed to the vehicle and water is already starting to get in, which could cause long-term damage. Called these guys explaining the work I needed done, said he’d get back to me, never did. Called back few days later , told me to provide pictures and such and where the car was located , again didn’t hear back for days when he said he would come a certain day. Reached just stating if it wasn’t a project they were willing to perform that’s ok but, communicate this instead of stringing the customer along. Bad business practices , look elsewhere. Leaving one star because I can’t leave any lower.
Tuve una experiencia decepcionante con Imperio Auto Glass. Me comuniqué varias veces y me dijeron que me contactarían, pero nunca recibí una respuesta concreta. Called them on Friday morning to set up a time to come put my window regulator in my truck, he said he would be to my house in a couple hours and asked for my address, but he never came Friday Saturday or Monday or Tuesday , I left him messages to see if he was going to help me out, He stopped taking my calls on Friday afternoon, so I had my wife call from a different number and he answered right away on Tuesday, this is the fourth time I’ve used this guy to fix windows in my vehicle’s , and will never use them again, ( bad ... read more
