This company is the best for your window replacement need. Ken came for quote as per scheduled time. We needed to replace our 30 year old 17 windows. The information and the quote provided by Ken was reasonable. The crew of 2 people Nick and Shane came every single day on three day project on scheduled time and they work through without any break. Imperial Windows and Sunscreens just completed installation of eight Anlin Panoramic windows with G340 (blue tint) Cardinal glass. Kyle Lameyer was our salesman, and he was great, explaining all our options and we were able to customize how they opened. Nick & Shane were our installers, and they did an awesome job! It took just two days to install, and the guys left no debris behind, and were both very professional and friendly. WOW I can not say enough about Imperial Windows. Kyle came out right away and I explained to him what I needed. He really listened and gave me my options. He was very courteous and professional. Roy, the installer was awesome. Very professional and did a great job of installing my solar screens. He answered all of my questions. He also helped me fill out the SRP paperwork. I would recommend Imperial Windows without any hesitation. I look forward to working with them in the future.
