Used Imperial for my sunscreens and am very happy. The sunscreens are just what I expected and the price was very reasonable. I had one screen that needed adjusting and Roy came right out and took care of it. Impressed with the product and the service.
We had Imperial install our new windows and blinds about three years ago and the experience has been very positive. They were the best priced after a few quotes and the thing that has stuck out the most after these years is the customer service. We recently noticed that two of our windows re caulked in a couple minor areas and they came out right away to help out. Major props to their owner John and Roy for the help. Additionally the experience with our blinds has been great, highly recommend.
I cannot say enough positive things about Imperial!! They have been absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. I had new windows and sliding glass doors installed. Then went back to have new window treatments installed as well. The quality of the products combined with the customer service made this an exceptional experience.
