Had a patio door replaced because it was damaged in a break in and robbery in March. Measurements were taken for the new Door. I was advised that I would have to do some touch up painting around the new door. No problem. The work was done. The new door is perfect! However the wood used to frame in the door that I was to paint is scrap lumber. I’ve filled in the nail holes and sanded. This was expected. However, the longer I look at the wood used for the frame, it is unacceptable. We had to leave with the installers partially... read more
