Had a patio door replaced because it was damaged in a break in and robbery in March. Measurements were taken for the new Door. I was advised that I would have to do some touch up painting around the new door. No problem. The work was done. The new door is perfect! However the wood used to frame in the door that I was to paint is scrap lumber. I’ve filled in the nail holes and sanded. This was expected. We had Imperial Window & Doors come out because our garage doors are over 25 years old and needed a tune-up. During the inspection, they found one motor was completely worn out and needed to be replaced and the other door was all but gone as well. They took great care of us, were very professional, and got everything done in a timely manner. We really appreciated their honesty, communication, and quality service. The Brothers at Imperial Doors did an outstanding job installing new motors for our garage doors. They were knowledgeable, very polite, and friendly throughout the entire process. Everything was completed professionally and works perfectly. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend!
