Back in 2020 I’m a retired builder and built a barn dominium for myself and my wife. We purchased three High Bay garage doors 10 x 14’s, all our exterior windows, and Interior doors. We spent nearly $25,000 with this company. All I have to say, that their customer service is absolutely terrible! I’ve left numerous messages in the past to get work repaired and they treat me like an old sock. Recently worked with Imperial (Carrie and Kelly) on a local commercial project for damaged glass and break metal and not only was the communication excellent but the repair itself was the best I have encountered. The store team is absolutely thrilled with the way it turned out. Will recommend and use again!
Yesterday my garage door got stuck as it was closing in a very wonky position. I called Imperial and spoke with Kelly. She told me she would call me back in 15 minutes when she could take a look at the schedule for the employee who took care of garage doors. When she called me back I was told that the garage door specialist would not be able to take a look at door till the evening but that there was another employee who would be right over.
