We’ve used this company for years. I don’t know what’s shifted in the last few years, but upon multiple attempts to use them, we have left with negative experiences. While the women at the desk are always pleasant, the new warehouse manager consistently displays a poor attitude, is rude to customers, and makes even straightforward jobs feel unnecessarily difficult or impossible.
