We’ve used this company for years. I don’t know what’s shifted in the last few years, but upon multiple attempts to use them, we have left with negative experiences. While the women at the desk are always pleasant, the new warehouse manager consistently displays a poor attitude, is rude to customers, and makes even straightforward jobs feel unnecessarily difficult or impossible. Back in 2020 I’m a retired builder and built a barn dominium for myself and my wife. We purchased three High Bay garage doors 10 x 14’s, all our exterior windows, and Interior doors. We spent nearly $25,000 with this company. All I have to say, that their customer service is absolutely terrible! I’ve left numerous messages in the past to get work repaired and they treat me like an old sock. Recently worked with Imperial (Carrie and Kelly) on a local commercial project for damaged glass and break metal and not only was the communication excellent but the repair itself was the best I have encountered. The store team is absolutely thrilled with the way it turned out. Will recommend and use again!
