We’ve used this company for years. I don’t know what’s shifted in the last few years, but upon multiple attempts to use them, we have left with negative experiences. While the women at the desk are always pleasant, the new warehouse manager consistently displays a poor attitude, is rude to customers, and makes even straightforward jobs feel unnecessarily difficult or impossible. Jeff helped us with windows, doors, garage door, and shower glass throughout the process of building our home. Service was good, prices were better than anything else in town. I'll be back for anything I ever need in the future.
Back in 2020 I’m a retired builder and built a barn dominium for myself and my wife. We purchased three High Bay garage doors 10 x 14’s, all our exterior windows, and Interior doors. We spent nearly $25,000 with this company. All I have to say, that their customer service is absolutely terrible! I’ve left numerous messages in the past to get work repaired and they treat me like an old sock.
