Welcome to skunktown. Although there have been a number of improvements and the pool has been operational, skunks are basically taking over. They started moving in about 3 years ago. I recently personally observed 5. They dig holes and pull off skirting, and whether windows are open or closed, the stench is eye watering and lingers for hours.
