As much as I don't like to post bad reviews, in this case I truly have no choice. This involves my 38 foot class A motor home (7000 miles) which also happens to be where I invested some savings from my old military days, as it was intended to be a "backup home.” So the failures of this service center affected me deeply. I left my motor home with Imperial RV due to some needed work (auto leveling jacks would not retract, bad smell from battery compartment/sulfur, and a windshield wiper that kept falling off while driving). ... read more
