How can these seniors on a little SSI check afford over $500 a month for HOA dues? I know I couldn’t I used to live in Arizona with better landscaping views than Oklahoma & even our HOA dues weren’t that high in any condo or 55 plus & over place that’s ridiculous plus we never had tornadoes in Arizona either just beautiful Mountain View’s, palm trees & cactus to look at so these high HOA’s a month are crazy I feel so sorry for the owners who are trying to sell them they may have a difficult time since most people on a SSI bu... read more
Worst place I ever lived!! You will hate living there. I was miserable with the place and the HOA board, raised the HOA fee every year and had an $8600 assement that if I didn't pay even though I dis agreed with it, they put lien on my unit. Run and run fast!
Dated but clean. They try to accommodate the Elderly. But Parking Lots and street parking is far and you need to navigate stairs. Not Handicap friendly. But a nice community.
