Pictures made place look nicer than it is. No smoke alarm connected in room 209. Stains on fitted sheet. Dicey area. Broken window in building. Glass in parking lot. Office smelled of straight cigarettes. Shower was roomy. Bed uncomfortable. Lighting was nice.

The room was clean. Would be nice if they had chairs in the room. The shower is amazing but would be better if both shower heads could be turned on at the same time.

There was no chair in the room. The smoke detector was not connected, as a matter of fact, there were hanging wires. There was no security lock on door. The towels were not clean. Two quarter sizes pieces of soap on the face bowl. The shower is a cube of glass. If you were to shower in the room, which has no security lock, it would be easy for VISITORS to enter room. The smell of NON CIGARETTE SMOKE lasted for several hours.

Rooms are great, very spacious. Hotel staff is available 24 hours and willing to accommodate guest. Be kind always as they have been to me.

My experience here has been great so far the staff is very helpful and accommodating. You're constantly asking me if I need anything and what they can do to make my experience better I highly recommend this hotel!
