So very happy with the granite counters we ordered. We wanted to upgrade as we were going to be placing our home up for sale. The counters were gorgeous - I miss them! The edge we selected was beautiful. I came home from work - the job was complete and I didn't want to move! After getting quotes from many other fabricators, we chose Imperial stone to do our granite for our kitchen. From the first meeting with Derek, the measurement, to the final installation, we couldn't have been more pleased. Imperial Stone remodeled my kitchen with Waypoint Cabinets. Ted was very patient during the planning process and had some great suggestions. Everything turned out beautifully. The installation was very professional and came in on time. I highly recommend Ted and his crew.
I called Imperial Stone for parts for my not long age remodeled kitchen with Kraftmaid cabinets. I tried contacting the place where I purchased my cabinets from, but they went out of business. I had gone to to Home Depot for help but I never heard anything back from. My wife and I came to decision that we wanted to remodel our downstairs bathroom in the house we just purchased. We had used Imperial Stone before in our old house in Palatine for kitchen counter tops. We called the office again and spoke with D. to see if they would help us again with our large bathroom project. Since our new house is much farther away, we weren’t sure if they would help us again. They told us, no problem. Our new bathroom counters are done and again they’re looking great. I recommend them highly.
From the get-go I felt very comfortable talking about my small kitchen project at Imperial. I've visited several places before stumbling on Imperial Stone. Other stone fabricators didn't give me the time of the day to go over everything in detail with me, or they simply had no customer service available to talk to. We hired Imperial Stone Collection to completely redo our kitchen and bathroom counter tops. They did remove our existing laminate counters at no extra cost and replaced it with a new Black Pearl Granite that we selected with the help of Derek in nearby warehouse in Elk Grove Village. Terrible. My wife and I went to the showroom and set up a meeting for them to come to our house. Well my wife had to call them and of course they said they forgot. We then set up another meeting for the next Monday. They called 20 minutes before the appointment to confirm for WEDNESDAY. At that point we said forget it we will find another company. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.
