Our gated community, an all 55+ senior mobile home park, is friendly, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. The Park has a security patrol and videos cameras for resident security. We have an active homeowners association which offers a large variety of activities such as Tai Chi, Bingo, water aerobics, crafts, Bunco, Dominoes, Pinochle, horseshoes, potlucks, and karaoke.

This is not a place you want to live if you relish your privacy. The association is all up in your business, and they’re just a social club that lives to single people out and pick on them.
