As a long time customer with an account with ISS i went into Heritage to buy a controller for a customer. After waiting in line for a while neither the woman at the counter (who was helping a customer) nor the 2 guys sitting in the office ever even acknowledged the fact that there were more customers waiting. Finally I went down the street to another sprinkler supply store and got what I needed.
Friendly staff. Well stocked.
