Good service, thorough and the right price!
I'm very satisfied with the system and installation. The installer, Frank, was so efficient and helpful.
After our previous security camera company, Imperial Security & Fire was like a breath of fresh air. No longer were we kept waiting for a return call. Service was fast, prompt and complete. We were kept in the loop as far as when technicians were going to arrive - & they arrived on time. Even when our computer had a hiccup, they managed to save everything and had it back up & running on the same day as our call. We are certainly pleased to have found them
Imperial Security came to service an older previous security system. They advised on additional sensors and updated equipment, which we installed. All systems work perfectly and we feel confident leaving the house in the gard mode. Easy operation with remote controls.
