Gianni is one of the most sincere and honest contractor I have ever worked with. It was a real pleasure of dealing with Imperial sealing. We hired Gianni and his team to power wash, refill polymeric sand and seal our interlocking driveway and patio. They dug out all the weeds and old moss through power washing. We installed our Interlocking driveway in 1985. We met John in 2011 when we needed to refurbish the finish. John came and recommended we lift, tamp & reset the stones then sand and reseal the surface. We have had John come back every 3-4 years to resand and seal. This spring he came back and resanded and sealed the top. It looks like it did in 1985.

I am glad that I found Gianni (Imperial Sealing) to be part of our renovation where he increase our patio living space. We are glad with the result and we would have him back to do more work in the future. You won't regret if he do the renovation. He is a top notch. I would recommend him.
