I am glad that I found Gianni (Imperial Sealing) to be part of our renovation where he increase our patio living space. We are glad with the result and we would have him back to do more work in the future. You won't regret if he do the renovation. He is a top notch. I would recommend him.

In 2013, I had them do a patio in my backyard and re-graded my backyard to solve a major drainage issue I had. Before I had a small amount of water leaking water into the basement. Took a little longer than estimated due to bad weather, but the end result was worth it. No leaks since the work. Had them come back and reseal after a few years and looked brand new again. After all this time the patio has held up well to the winter. Looking forward to getting my patio resealed again this coming spring!

I have had John do a couple of jobs for me over the years. One job entailed resurfacing a porch with Flagstone and another job was a retaining wall. On both occasions, I could see the care and attention he puts into his craft. The pricing was fair and his timeline to complete the job was also timely. Solid company!
