Larry Heishman, I purchased a 2019 avalanche 38 foot fifth wheel from Imperial one back in 2019.. From the first night out camping we’ve had nothing but trouble with this avalanche fifth wheel. And let me tell you Imperial one RV has the worst service department ever. Would not recommending buying anything from this place because of the service department. We still are having the same problems that we’ve had from day one and more. They had our camper for two months because of warranty work the problems still are not fixed. v... read more
People re very friendly and very much to help. do feel the service need to be more familiar with the horse trailer side. and double check water lines.
I wouldn't look anywhere else!
