Horrible service. They came unannounced instead of the date and time that was appointed. They went up on the roof and started smoking and my whole apartment smells like cigarettes and fumes and my son is asthmatic. The foreman or whomever he is, is extremely disrespectful and ignorant to not be able to deal with clients. He laughed the whole time I told him to stop repairs my so has asthma and kept going. I ended up calling management and placing a police report as he refused to get off my property. Utterly disgusted by this... read more
