My wife and I were very Happy with the work that was done by Imperial Roofing & Chimney Service. They showed up on time prepped the property for the roof removal which turned out to be more involved than originally anticipated. As it urned out there was underlayment that had to be removed and replaced. Despite the unexpected turn of events they completed the job at 9:30pm and that included a through clean up of all debris. IMPERIAL Roof Installation and Repair charged $14,200 for a full tear-off and replacement. Three leaks started after the first rain. Found out they covered up rotted decking and reused old pipe boots. Crew left nails in my driveway and damaged two shrubs. No call back for 5 weeks.

Erick and his team were fantastic. They took on a repair and waterproofing project tor me that was not easy to figure out. I had been getting water in my ceiling for years and nobody could fix the problem. Erick’s team solved the issue and my terrace is totally waterproof with no more standing water. They also showed up the day they said they were going to and finished the job quickly, I didn’t even notice they were working at my house. Highly recommend these guys.

‎Great experience with Adore Construction. They fixed a leak around my chimney that other contractors couldn’t figure out. Very professional and on time.
