IMPERIAL Roof Installation and Repair charged $14,200 for a full tear-off and replacement. Three leaks started after the first rain. Found out they covered up rotted decking and reused old pipe boots. Crew left nails in my driveway and damaged two shrubs. No call back for 5 weeks.

Erick and his team were fantastic. They took on a repair and waterproofing project tor me that was not easy to figure out. I had been getting water in my ceiling for years and nobody could fix the problem. Erick’s team solved the issue and my terrace is totally waterproof with no more standing water. They also showed up the day they said they were going to and finished the job quickly, I didn’t even notice they were working at my house. Highly recommend these guys.
