A Roof over your Head After the March 2022 Hail Storm in DFW I had many Roofing Contractors knock on my Door and offer a 'Free Inspection' of my Roof. For some reason, I refused each one until Igor and Andrey from Imperial Roofing and Construction came by in July. They were well informed and very thorough and suggested I file a claim with my Insurance Company. They also offered to be present when my Insurance Company inspected the roof. Job well done!!! Igor came by my house and sat down with my wife and I and explained how everything works with the insurance company. One month later I had new fence, new roof, new gutters, and new window screens. He also communicated with us weekly to let us know what was going on. Good customer service is hard to come by these days so I was really blown away how smoothly everything went with Imperial!!! Thanks Igor and staff for all your hard work.
