Tim met us at the store to talk about flooring options. He explained the differences and benefits of each one. I call that great customer service! He's very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. Floor is beautiful and people always ask us who did the work when they come over.

I've used Imperial Remodeling on more than one occasion. Always professional and the end result is perfect. The type of work being done can leave things a bit messy but Tim and his crew do a great job of minimizing that inconvenience while they complete the work.
