The ladies in the office were extremely polite and helpful. I had picked up some parts and fittings and at the time scheduled an opening. Parts had an extremely reasonable mark up. In a day in age where anything can be purchased on line, I think it’s natural to check to see if pricing is fair as so many brick and mortar shops have such high markups. just had an inground pool installed. I wasn't expecting it to go so smoothly. The communication between contractors was great and the pool came out sweet !!
Very pleased with the prompt response to my call about my pool not running right for a long time. I called last Monday, and they came the next day. The two men, Ralph and Fred, got the pool up and running, were very professional, and even though it must have been 100 degrees in the garage, never once complained! I am so grateful to you guys for fixing the pool! I had seriously considered hiring someone to close it permenently. Thank you again for the excellent service!
I see here that a Lady who lost her husband in Iraq asked for a military discount and your employee treated her like crap. He paid the ultimate price for his country just so you can treat his family like that, I hope the local news or national news will pick this up and run it on air. Your business is shameful and I hope you lose a lot of customers.
I ordered my Aquabot on Wednesday and had it the next day! Their staff is so wonderful to work with. A pleasant experience.
