They were just closing the front door a few minutes after 5pm on a Friday when I arrived and rather than turn me away, they ushered me in, gave me what I needed to start clearing out the worst algae our pool has ever seen and even entertained my kid in the process. Professional, knowledgeable and kind.
Friendly staff, but not knowledgeable at all. We have owned our pool for 10 years and this is the first year we had to use Imperial as our other place closed. This is the first summer in 10 years that my pool water has been a terrible unbalanced mess for weeks. We are done with them. Their only answer to why was "seems everyone is having water issues this year". We have decided to go it on our own and figure it out. Can't get much worse that's for sure.
