We’ve always had a fantastic experience with the staff at Imperial Pools! Last summer we were struggling with some murky water issues, and their team was incredibly patient and knowledgeable with the problem. They tested our water for free and, instead of trying to upsell us on every chemical in the building, they gave us a simple, step-by-step plan to get our pool crystal clear again. They were just closing the front door a few minutes after 5pm on a Friday when I arrived and rather than turn me away, they ushered me in, gave me what I needed to start clearing out the worst algae our pool has ever seen and even entertained my kid in the process. Professional, knowledgeable and kind.
