Imperial Pools were incredible at every step of the process. Both Cleave and Nicole have been so helpful - they're always on hand to answer any question, big or small (even after completion). We couldn't be happier with our finished pool!
Thanks to Nicole at Imperial pools for the excellent advice on acid wash for my pool. Simon did the job, good guy, polite and meticulous, and cleaned up after the work was done. Had another quote from another " concrete pool company" for $12000, that said it reqd all tiles removing, all plaster removing and then replastering and tiling, no way. The pool is know as good as knew and I have saved 11550$. Many thanks to Imperial Pools, Nicole and Simon, 5 star. Regards Mike Tierling
