I have been a customer of Imperial Pool and Spa in Lake Wylie for the last eight years. Lauren and Barrett have always taken great care of me, but when they are not there everyone else that I have dealt with at their store has also been a pleasure. They are friendly, helpful and honest and they never try to sell you things that you do not need. I recently had an issue with my pool heater and Kevin came to my home to repair it. Just want to let everyone know how awesome imperial pool is! We have been using them for everything pool related for last 13 years, through 2 pools at 2 different houses. We use both locations and everyone is great with customer service, very personalized, especially LKW location. Kevin is absolutely phenomenal, so knowledgeable and thorough. Awesome people. Very informative and happy to help. We just had our pool built so we have no clue what to do and they walked us through all the first steps. I will definitely rely on Imperial for all of our pool needs.
Great experience with the staff. Very helpful and kind as a newbie to the hot tub world. Would recommend them to anyone with a hot tub or pool. Outstanding business!
