Excellent customer service! I'm a new pool owner and needed my water tested. Lauren took the time to answer all my questions. She has a wealth of knowledge which she enthusiastically shares. Highly recommend

I have been a customer of Imperial Pool and Spa in Lake Wylie for the last eight years. Lauren and Barrett have always taken great care of me, but when they are not there everyone else that I have dealt with at their store has also been a pleasure. They are friendly, helpful and honest and they never try to sell you things that you do not need. I recently had an issue with my pool heater and Kevin came to my home to repair it.
