Awful company!! Put in the contract with my building that they would be open for Memorial Day weekend. We are going into the third weekend of the summer of the pool not being open due to lack of lifeguards with no resolution in site. I wish my building had read any of the reviews prior to hiring them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
One of the WORST companies I’ve ever worked with. Completely inept, incapable of performing their contracted work on time (or even at all!), does not communicate with their customers and are near impossible to contact when needed, does not schedule or train their employees and lifeguards adequately, and constantly LIES to their customers about the work they do…I could go on forever!
