DOUBLE CHECK AND TRIPLE CHECK YOUR MEDICATION!!! Picked up a temp fill of my RX, new directions and different looking medication. There was no label to clearly discern new instructions were given or that there was a change in manufacture. RX label still reflected old manufacture and not the new one for the different pill. I then accidentally was taking the old dosing causing my medication to finished a few days early.
