Got a ticket on my way to the parking meter and had to spend half an hour talking to their customer service to get the ticket cancelled, what a joke of a company.

The lot was easy to find, well‑lit, and very clean. I appreciated the clearly marked spaces, efficient automated pay machines, and ample signage guiding me through the lot. Payment was smooth—I used the app and it was fast and hassle‑free. Staff on site were friendly and helped me find the best parking spot when I had a quick question. Overall, highly recommend Imperial Parking for their convenience, cleanliness, and great service!
used the APP "hangtag" and thought I paid enough (2 hours) , nope 12 minute late and given a $98.00 notice. This is a cash grab, fishing for $$ on Thursday night @ 7:25 PM on Granville Island. Poor Tourist, Even calling in early was not really a deal either $81.47 Paid it. However can see why people would not.
