Not sure what’s happening with IP ! After 10 years of great service we move to a new place and they totally drop the ball ! The owners should get on top of their service managment team .
One of their driver's almost ran me off the road this morning trying to pass me as I rode my bike to make a left handed turn in the Maple Ridge Industrial area at 5:45 am with no one else on the road. Zero patience.I will not be recommending this place to anyone that employs people that treat others this way. Was going way too fast to even grab a license plate number. White van.
Drivers are dangerous & will cut you off with no turn singles. Whoever drives truck 8295 should get a road safety review.
Recommended by a real pool company for products and service. I was not disappointed. Great service and excellent product availability.
