This place is clean, uses gentle products & the best sanitation protocols, but the spa pedicure was very rushed. The technician barely used the stones & it was included in the package. She cut the big toe nails very low & dug around them to the point where I had lingering pain for days. On one, I found an ingrown toe nail from this. It also smelled like sewage by the basins. This was a disappointing experience.

There was such poor communication about wait times. My mom and I came in together for pedicures. They began my mom’s almost right away. I got to watch her get her toes done for forty minutes while no one bothered to help me, or another woman who was in a spa chair waiting. Despite multiple other walk ins being taken, many other people already in a chair were NOT getting serviced. It was also extremely frustrating that as I went to leave, a woman runs to stand in front of me trying to tell me not to leave and to keep waiting ... read more

I had an appointment only to wax eyebrows. and was told they are very busy, come back another day. They overbook just in case someone doesn’t show or cancel. Customers time is just as important as owners. Without customers you wouldn’t have a business. Dishonest practice.
