Straight forward and competent. No frills but I really just want my bike working well, and that is exactly what I got.
Excellent experience start to finish. Dropped by last week to discuss what I'd like to go through with Emerson. My bike has been a tad neglected in the last year or so, and needed a bit of love and attention. Dropped the bike off first thing today and everything was done precisely as discussed at exactly the cost estimate I was told a week prior. No surprises, no BS. Stefano was super transparent and easy to talk to. Bike feels (and looks) great. Thank you!
