I was to rent from them July 25th, 2010 at NOON and they called me and said they would arrive at 12:45. I accepted that until I got a call at 1:15 saying they would now arrive at 2:15 They were rude and yelled at us and told us to rent somewhere else and they were not coming. They canceled on a 6 yr old's birthday party !! ** Reported to BBB and July 25th, 2010 Complaint # 10168382
