I can only leave 2 stars. The only bright light here was Analisia. She was very compassionate and understanding. The general manager left a lot to be desired. This was quite literally the absolute worst time in my life having lost my wife. I had a life insurance policy that was more than enough to pay for the funeral services. I assured them of this as I was planning the funeral. I was told that unless the service was paid in full, they "would not place my wife's casket into the vault and the vault into the ground." Was very impressed with the whole experience from when they picked up my mother from home after her passing until she was finally laid to rest! Service was very classy and set up beautifully! All staff were very professional and compassionate. Overall for circumstances was gracefully done well! We appreciate everyone and everything they provided for us.
During one of the hardest times of your life, If you'd like true PERSONAL customer service ask for Annallysia. Not only was she very professional but also very sympathetic!!!!!
