The herbal tea really does work if you are consistent and follow the directions exactly as they say. The herbal tea/medicine comes in pouch/package after custom blending and cooking for a few hours. I used the service of a courier to make it easier. The TCM clinic is inside a C grade office building across from World Square and is a little difficult to get to if you are driving but completely worth it.
