Highly recommend this company for countertops. Steve was very knowledgeable on the types of countertops and straight up with pricing and availability. Pricing was great, better than the box stores for a better looking product. Scheduled time to measure and the woman that showed up was excellent. Working with Imperial was a great experience from start to finish, Meeting with Steve in the showroom, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Quartz and helping me find the perfect one for my Kitchen, The scheduled time for them to come out to do the templates and then install was quick and all of the people who came to do both did an amazing job. They are closed on Saturdays right now during the summer! We drove an hour to get there and had no idea. It’s not reflected in the hours they list on Google.
We recently purchased countertops from Imperial and were very pleased with the product and installation. Cristine was wonderful! Choosing the right countertop can be stressful and Cristine’s knowledge and expert advice helped guide us through the selection process. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Imperial because of our great experience with Christine.
This place was perfect for me and my wife on a kitchen renovation. I shopped quotes for some quartz around all the other borough counter shops. They were able to beat the price and timeline of all the other surrounding companies. Christine was perfect in getting us scheduled and settled with everything.
