After five years at Imperial Lofts, I can confidently say the experience has declined significantly—mainly due to the consistently rude and condescending behavior from management. Every interaction feels tense and dismissive, as if residents are a burden rather than valued members of the community. This property is advertised as a luxury apartment complex, but the treatment from management says otherwise. I came by for a tour of the property and my goodness! Paigelynn made the entire experience so comfortable she was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about the units/amenities. Never have I felt more welcomed with someone so funny and kind!!
5 stars is not enough to give this place. Not only do you have an amazing location near Constellation Field! But the experience with the staff is such a joy. They are so thoughtful and help, especially Paigelynn. She made me feel right at home and Imperial Lofts is a great community to call home.
Imperial Lofts has great apartments for a really good price, Paige was so helpful and friendly in the leasing office. She helped me through the entire application process and always answered my questions very quickly. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone in the Houston area!
