I met several contractors to build my pavilion and cabana. I chose Kelvin who was not the least expensive but he envisioned my dream and what I wanted. The whole job was done in a reasonable time considering the weather and preparing the cedar wood for the build. I would highly recommend Kelvin his work ethic and communication was spot on. Very happy with the final build.
I regret hiring Kelvin to install the roof on my porch. The installation was done incorrectly, and the roof has been leaking ever since. For nearly a year, he has repeatedly come back to “fix” it, yet the leak continues. Two separate roofing experts inspected the porch and confirmed the issue is due to Kelvin’s poor installation.
