I met several contractors to build my pavilion and cabana. I chose Kelvin who was not the least expensive but he envisioned my dream and what I wanted. The whole job was done in a reasonable time considering the weather and preparing the cedar wood for the build. I would highly recommend Kelvin his work ethic and communication was spot on. Very happy with the final build.
I regret hiring Kelvin to install the roof on my porch. The installation was done incorrectly, and the roof has been leaking ever since. For nearly a year, he has repeatedly come back to “fix” it, yet the leak continues. Two separate roofing experts inspected the porch and confirmed the issue is due to Kelvin’s poor installation. Despite this, he refuses to give me a full refund, leaving me no choice but to take him to small claims court.
