Reasonable work aren't good with comunication, don't let them talk you into buildes choice sinks and laundry troughs they show rust stains after installation, range hood not much better discoloured after one week. All you will get is a recmondation that they will contact the manufacturer to follow up, has happened. Finishing the job after hand over is a joke. Rubbish removal took over three weeks final finish still waiting window external trim etc,look elsewhere
Imperial kitchens did an amazing job renovating a tricky old bathroom on the Surfcoast . There attention to detail and quality finishing was first class and the whole team was a pleasure to deal with.Imperial kitchens was easily the best company we have ever dealt with and highly recommend anyone who is looking to renovate to look no further.
Imperial have been working on a renovation and kitchen for us for a month. While we're happy with the kitchen itself, I'm afraid we are very hesitant to recommend Imperial as their communication throughout has been extremely poor. After signing up and paying the deposit straight away, we did not hear a word for weeks. I had to check in with them the day before start was due to confirm that they were actually going to arrive. Imperial Kitchens renovated our laundry. Simon and team made the whole process super easy. They made the cabinets in-house, plus organised all the trades like plumber, electrician, tiling. Very happy! Highly recommended!
