Avoid this puppy mill Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. Owner is a thief and liar. Sold us a sick puppy and refused to help us in any way at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Wonderful facility and staff We purchased a puppy for my family and was extremely impressed they were one of the only breeders accredited by the Better Business Bureau, with an "A" rating. This is what led us to IMperial K-9. I couldnt be happier with my decision!!
Extremely pleased I am a veterinary technician, and the way the owner spoke to us proved he knew what he was doing. The facility was well kept and organized. We drove from NY and it was well worth the trip! My family will definately be back for our next one, down the road.
