My facility purchased a new PACS system through Imperial Imaging and their best employee, Natasha! She was exceptional throughout the whole process. She always made sure I, as the Radiology Director was kept up to date along the way and made sure the process went as smoothly as possible. Our practice needed new xray and Dexa equipment. We were going to use the dealer we had previously used but someone had mentioned Natasha to us. I decided to call and get some more information. Not only did I get the same equipment that I wanted at a better price the customer service was above and beyond what I expected. I was always made aware of the progress, details concerning the shielding design and any other details. Natasha listened to my needs and addressed any concerns I had. Sadly, I can only leave 5 stars. It is nearly impossible to find a company like Imperial Imaging in today’s world. I am going to be a short as possible in this review but quite frankly, it won’t be easy. I have been practicing for over 31 years and owned practices in NYC (4) years as well as Roswell, GA (28 year- and counting). In this time frame I have come across the spectrum vendors that ranged from “never again” to “wow, they really took care of me”.
