We recently had an issue with our AC unit when the fan motor blew out. Maurice (Mo) from Imperial HVAC was incredibly attentive from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way—letting us know when the part was ordered, shipped, and exactly when he would be out to complete the repair. Mo was not only professional and efficient, but also very helpful and knowledgeable. Hello my name is Maureen , I was given imperial information from a painter contractor who was were hired to paint my home . However my heater went out and I had to cancel the painting job . Well I was given Imperial Solution number , I contacted the guy who was easy to talk to , he had me send pictures to of my heater , on Jan 28 he came to my home he said it was a yellow cord that I needed , he also had my cousin open up the heater send him pictures and the model number.
