Either coming out of the cold or leaving the heat of South Florida! I have years of experience with several Imperial House residents making sure their transitions are less stressful and expeditious. Loads of great references too!
My father’s experience renting in this building lasted 1 month. Apt 212, owned by Hedaya is unfit for rent. They are rude, uncaring (which shocked me) and their realtor, while trying to be helpful, showed up at my father’s door unannounced several times (how did she get through security?). She is clearly unhinged and raised her voice and insulted me several times on the phone while my realtor was present.
