My stay at Imperial Hotel Gold Coast was outstanding in every aspect. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet relaxing, the rooms are beautifully maintained, and the level of service is impeccable. Every detail reflects a commitment to excellence, making it one of the finest hotels on the Gold Coast.
The front-door team were outstanding—genuinely warm, attentive, and the clear highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the hotel is showing its age and is in real need of renovation. Some areas feel quite tired. The lobby bar was very slow: it took around 20 minutes to get a drink on a quiet night with fewer than ten guests present. Overall, the exceptional door staff made the visit worthwhile, and with future refurbishments, this property has good potential. I’d return once updates are made.
