We had imperial build our home in 2017, and couldn't have had a better experience. They were more than accommodating and we ended up with a home worth much more than we paid. If I were building another home, these are the first folks I would talk to. Thanks guys.

I was the drywall sub-contractor for Imperial Homes. Justin Negep refused to pay me on the month of October, 2019. I paid my people out of my pocket and yet, he has the audacity to call our work shotty on that specific job when I have picture proof of the phenomenal work we've done in the past two years. I still have the invoice and although I was willing to work with him as usual, I was ignored and had to find out through other contractors that he replaced us. Buyer Beware!! We started building with Imperial and like many other reviews you will see they took our money but didn’t do the work as promised. They will sell you on price with “everything included”. You get what you pay for and we eventually had to find another builder and lost a LOT of money. They just stopped work and stopped responding to calls. So unprofessional.

Update: September 2020 Built two cash homes with Imperial. The first one was incomplete and the two partners went their separate ways but the GC license is still being used by Justin N the present owner of Imperial from the other partner. Justin said he would complete the second home at no charge but we have to pay the subs directly, which was not a problem. But we paid him a monthly fee for his services anyway. Got burned once, twice and now a third time.... No communications, no response, said he will get stuff done but ne... read more
