Scam company. Stole $7,700 from me as a “deposit”. Wouldn’t get a permit to do work as required by municipal ordinance. Refused to refund the money. Kept complaining about his ex wife during the walk through estimate though. Went belly up as Imperial Home Remodeling due to beating people out of money. It’s also worth noting that this company operates under IHR Inc as well since Imperial often has pending litigation against it. We had IHR renovate two bathrooms and a powder room at a family member's home. The bathrooms are beautiful and we are all very happy with them.
We had our bathroom remolded. End result was fantastic! The owner Giovanni was very helpful in the design/idea process. Pricing was fair. The start date was a little later than we thought, and the job took a little longer than we expected. Both were not that big of a deal though. There was a little issue we noticed after the install was over, and someone came out basically the next day to fix it. All in all, I am very pleased with experience. I will use them again.
The owner, Giovanni, came out to look at the project we needed to get done, which was the replacement of 8 windows. He walked around with us entertaining all of our questions and giving us realistic answers. He meticulously mapped out how the whole project was going to go and explained the whole process in detail. These guys were awesome. I shopped hard. Most were pressure guys that never installed a window and were from corporations and very high. Imperial not only came in with the lowest price, they had a reasonable install date and even beat it. The crew was professional and respectful of our property and possessions. They did a great job.
