Got an old homemade bay window replaced with a picture window with 2 double hungs on the sides by Imperial. At first I was worried about the look, but the owner assured me it would look asteticlly pleasing. To replace with a bay window would have cost double what I went with. Glad I listened to him. I can't say enough great things about John, and his crew! This past year I purchased my grandmother's house and to say it needed some updating was an understatement. John was professional, transparent, and thorough in his initial walk-through and included me in every step of the process from start to finish. Bad and improper window installation. All 20 windows excessively leaked with thousands in damage. The were not correctly sealed and gaps were not foamed. Windows were installed in 2022 in my townhome and I reached out multiple times to Giovanni and never heard back.
Scam company. Stole $7,700 from me as a “deposit”. Wouldn’t get a permit to do work as required by municipal ordinance. Refused to refund the money. Kept complaining about his ex wife during the walk through estimate though. Went belly up as Imperial Home Remodeling due to beating people out of money. It’s also worth noting that this company operates under IHR Inc as well since Imperial often has pending litigation against it. We had IHR renovate two bathrooms and a powder room at a family member's home. The bathrooms are beautiful and we are all very happy with them.
