We were very disappointed with the March 2019 bath remodel. The paint job was poor. The floor installation was poor. The shower door was cheap and the way it was installed isunstable and wobbly. I called in November to report the toilet was leaking. No one showed up to repair the leaking toilet until January. I was told they we return to repair the grout that was damaged by the toilet leak. It is now March and no one has followed through with showing up to repair the grout. I would like some of my money back since I paid the... read more
Need to do much better scheduling work. Long gaps with nothing done made job take twice as long as it should have. At one point, went nearly 2 weeks with no work done.
When getting quotes for new kitchen cabinets, Mark from Imperial was the most helpful and willing to work with us. The price was the best out of four quotes, too. He had great suggestions to improve our project. I'd highly recommend stopping in and speaking to him if you're considering a kitchen renovation.
