While I have some trouble finding providers they are in Fresno I live in Hanford so it’s about a 45 minute drive but I do have a transportation benefit the trouble I have is I call in with questions and the customer service agent is very unknowable and refuses to transfer me to different departments so it’s extremely rare that I get the answers I need a lot of the agents has trouble comprehending what I say and has a heavy accent and it’s hard to understand them I also have the problem with the customer service representativ... read more

The most pitiful of any insurance company, I cannot get to see an orthopedic surgeon ,they don’t answer the phone or emails. I’ve had 2 broken bones in my foot and for weeks not one orthopedic surgeon takes me their crappy insurance. They’d rather you just die, which at this point I wish I could.
Good customer service attention when I've called for Healthcare information
The year and ten months I worked here were hellish, but bearable. This company is not designed to work for anyone but those who own it, and the rest who work there are very aware of this. This is the place to work if you need guaranteed job security. But if your desire to be happy and successful is greater than that, this is not the place for you.
