New to town, made an appointment. Waited three weeks and was then called 20 minutes before I was to arrive and told the NP was sick and wouldn't see me today and it would be another week. TWENTY MINTUES PRIOR TO A NEW PATIENT APPT and they cancelled. Start making the NPs do the cancel calls and I bet that stops.
