Scott & Kyle are outstanding and very professional. Truly the entire staff is great. Their worked very hard to build my strength and balance. Thank you for getting me ready to go home.
My nephew was placed here after a long hospital stay due to post stroke complications. The facility was nice, the staff was a mixture of nice and not so nice. Less than 2 weeks he was discharged without any good reason. The case worker Diandra, said it was because of insurance which was not true because I called his insurance and they told me the opposite. First of all I would like to thank my team of Physical Therapist’s. Without them I would have not been able to walk as fast as I did. They worked me hard, of which I wanted. They didn’t give up, so neither was I going to give. I started by lifting 2 lbs. I know that not vey much, however, when you lift in repetition these pounds become heavy enough. My aunt was a patient there last month. Not only did she get tremendous care, but there were two extremely kind, professional and compassionate social workers Ramona, Jessop and Maggie Rios. From the moment Ramona came and introduced herself she immediately was able to bond with my aunt who, at the time suffering from dementia, was scared and confused. She went above and beyond and would stop by her room periodically throughout the day to provide comfort and a kind smile, Maggie as well Would lend her support. I could not sa... read more
Imperial healthcare has been a great facility for me!! Rehab has been amazing and all the therapists are knowledgeable and have helped me so much! I appreciate everyone here!
